Why do we give so much importance to our beliefs?

Based on society and culture people can have different beliefs, so beliefs are subjective. There is nothing called right and wrong at the level of beliefs. I was just surprised to see people's behavior and their acts of handling with beliefs. They never see beliefs as beliefs. They always feel comfortable seeing it as a truth, but truth has no space for beliefs. Beliefs are a separate place from the truth. It’s very hard to realize how we start to believe the truth.

Where do beliefs come from?

Beliefs are by-product of thought. Thought is permutation and combination based on information. That clearly describes beliefs as just mixtures of thought. I believed in Allah, which is based on the Islam religion. If I was born in a Hindus family there is a 99.99% chance that I would be a Hindu. So, where we are born, what we learn, and what geography matters a lot. I have to describe everything which is related to beliefs, then I will go to a level where I can make a better solution about it.

First of all I have to go deep down on thought, then I have to see what is going on there. I’m working for an SEO agency that depends on Google and other search engines. If there was no computer invented yet, then what could be my profession now? I’m thinking a lot about websites, and other SEO stuff. Does it really have any meaning in itself or do we give it meaning? We actually give this as a meaning of life. I just want to survive in this universe to do something. So, this technology depends on my life and something else also depends on my life, you also depend on something. Everyone in this universe indulges in these types of things, but nothing is more special than others. We are interdependent, and our life is an ecosystem. Life needs more life to survive. This is a hypocritical world, there is nothing happening with ethics.

Ethics is also a by-product of human thought. Humans have made a lot of things like this. We made god with imagination, and then we worshiped it. We have no time to understand what’s going on.

Suppose, my mind has only these three words “I can talk”. Our mind can only think with our existing information, it has limitations with information. I can make a lot of combinations with these three words but, I can’t think of more than this. Let’s make some combination with these words, “I can”, “can talk”, “I talk”, “can I talk”, “I talk can” and my mind also make separate every word like this, “In ca lakt”, “I c t” and a lot of combination with this permutation of three words. The limitation is we never go beyond it. We never think about fish or the sea. Because this thought is not in my mind yet.

If we understand what is thought, then we will get rid of it automatically, because understanding actually solves a problem. When we understand something as it is, then there is no conflict or doubt, or preconceived beliefs.
